DW2 - Lesson 3

Dreamweaver 4 - Week 3, Lesson 3

I am experimenting with the Italic Feature now. I added it to my CSS Styles Sheet. I might change the color too, just to see how it works.

IT WORKS, this is FUN..... : )

Now, I am typing in normal text, but am going to use the boldred class as soon as I finish this sentence. I will highlight the sentence and select boldred from my CSS styles sheet. Let's see what happens.

SEE, it worked too... : )

In the table below, I am going to over-ride my original CSS sheet and make the link to my homepage white text and not underlined... YES !!! It worked too.... : )

This is not really appropriate for a table like this, but I wanted to see how it would look if I added a background image to my tables. Pretty KEWL how this all works hand in hand. I use netscape, so hope I will get to see most of the features, but I also check it in IE, so whatever I don't see in netscape, I will see it in IE.

One of these days I am going to be able to do these things in Dreamweaver without having to look up past lessons. LOL

I just wanted to put a little color behind this text so that you can see it, and I can't remember how. Off to look at last week's lesson. LOL

I have a light blue color behind my text on the below text, but it does not show up in my Preview in Broswer, either in IE or Netscape. hmmmmmmmmm.......

There's a lot of talk about angels these days
and about all the things people say they can do.
It's not always easy to know what to believe,
but it certainly would be nice to have a few angels in our lives. I picture them as being
near us day and night and especially whenever life seems trying and difficult. I like to think that angels are taking special care of you right now, and I hope you can feel their gentle presence, day by day --

I found this lesson very enjoyable and look forward to next week's lesson. I tried to use the features that were covered in this week's lesson. I feel like I still have so much more to learn and we only have 3 more weeks to learn it........:( I do not have any ideas on what I want to take next session.

Wonder if I'll run out of Spring graphics before the class is over with. LOL
